At Wellhouse Enterprises, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your FeverDots® purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased on feverdots.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused in its original packaging, and with all cards/sheets intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email connect@feverdots.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address. Upon review, we may suggest that returning the product is not necessary.
- Mail Your Item: For those items that are to be returned, please package the items securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. We may recommend that you not return the product
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your FeverDots® arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label or a replacement at no cost to you.
- Restocking Fees: Wellhouse Enterprises, LLC does not charge restocking fees.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in their original condition or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at connect@feverdots.com.
