Order Processing

• Orders are processed within one (1) business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may ship the following business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

All orders are processed from our U.S. fulfillment location.

Expedited Shipping – Schools & Institutional Orders

For schools, districts, healthcare facilities, and bulk purchasers requiring time-sensitive delivery:

• Expedited shipping options (Priority Mail or comparable service) are available upon request
• Rush processing may be available for large-volume orders
• Shipping costs for expedited service are calculated at time of order
• Tracking is provided for all expedited shipments

Bulk & Large-Volume Orders

Institutional orders (including 80-pack and 960-pack configurations) may ship via USPS, UPS, or other commercial carriers depending on volume and destination.

Estimated delivery timelines for bulk shipments are typically 2–5 business days, depending on carrier selection and geographic location.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Wellhouse Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for postal delays, weather disruptions, or carrier-related service interruptions.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from:

Address Accuracy
